Vital wall – wood fiber insulation for warmth and heat protection

The heart of the building is the Regnauer Vitalwand. In its plastered version, it measures 34.5 centimeters, 30 centimeters of which is particularly dense wood fiber insulation. This is significantly heavier than conventional mineral wool and therefore provides excellent protection against heat in summer. Heat stays outside, coolness stays inside – a decisive advantage in times of rising temperatures. The wall structure is prefabricated in our own factory, precisely controlled, and guaranteed to be of the highest quality.

Regnauer and Knauf – innovation for a balanced indoor climate

A unique selling point is the 25-millimeter-thick gypsum board developed in collaboration with Knauf, which is used exclusively by Regnauer. It regulates the indoor climate by absorbing and releasing moisture. This natural moisture management contributes significantly to the quality of living – rooms remain at a pleasant temperature and the air feels fresh and balanced. This combination of functional material selection and technical expertise shows how consistently Regnauer focuses every detail on the well-being of its residents.

Silence ceiling – award-winning sound insulation solution from Regnauer

Another highlight is the Regnauer Silence ceiling, which has already won an innovation award for its innovative design. It is based on the principle of mass and spring: an integrated vibration damper acts similarly to a shock absorber in a vehicle and reliably absorbs sound waves. The heavy ceiling construction also absorbs sound energy and prevents it from being transmitted between floors. Every detail is important here – especially the absence of fixed connections between the elements to prevent sound bridges from forming. The ceiling is prefabricated in the factory, which guarantees maximum precision. For apartment buildings or commercial structures, Regnauer offers the Deep Silence ceiling, an advanced version with even stronger sound insulation.

Sustainable materials and regional production

Regnauer attaches great importance to short transport routes, sustainable raw materials, and regional value creation. All materials are carefully selected to create a durable and environmentally friendly house. This creates a healthy living environment that will also benefit future generations. The company manufactures almost all components itself – from walls and ceilings to windows. Even the wood-aluminum windows, a standard component of Vitalhäuser houses, are produced in-house. Together with partners such as Hilti, Regnauer is constantly developing new connection systems that enable quick installation. A typical single-family home can be built in a single day: assembly begins at seven in the morning, and by evening the roof is already covered – precisely, cleanly, and efficiently.
