Chicco presents the modular Bellagio system at Kind + Jugend 2025

Chicco, the international brand of the Artsana Group, has been known for decades as a multi-specialist, offering a comprehensive range of products from baby bottles to strollers. At Kind + Jugend 2025 in Cologne, the company presented its latest highlight: the modular Bellagio system. This concept covers the transport of children from birth to the age of twelve – both on the road and in the car.

Four elements for all stages of life

The Bellagio system is based on just four key components: infant carrier, pram carrycot, buggy, and a child seat that grows with your child. The carrycot is used right from birth, enabling the recommended lying position. The infant carrier is attached to a rotating Isofix base, allowing parents to comfortably place their child in and lift them out of the car. The follow-up seat can be used rear-facing until the age of four—which is considered the safest option—and then grows with the child as a full-fledged child seat until the age of twelve. The stroller seat is also designed for long-term use: it can be used up to a weight of 22 kilograms and accompanies children until around the age of four.

User-friendly operation with one-hand system

One focus is on ease of use. Almost all functions can be operated with one hand. The stroller folds automatically at the touch of a button, the carrycot can be removed effortlessly, and the seat direction can be changed easily thanks to memory buttons. This also makes it easier to strap the child in. The buggy is flexible in use: at first, parents can turn their child towards them to promote bonding, and later the seat can be turned to face forward when the child wants to discover more of their surroundings.

Chicco focuses on comfort through materials and design

In addition to functionality, Chicco focuses on comfort and high-quality workmanship. This year, particularly soft, natural fabrics were introduced that offer babies a comfortable environment and are also visually appealing. Everything is coordinated in the design so that parents do not have to combine different individual parts. For additional guidance, the child seats have QR codes that can be used to digitally access operating instructions at any time.

Versatility of the infant carrier and safety in the car

The infant carrier is not only suitable for transport in the car, but can also be used on a stroller, on an airplane, or at home as a small rocker. Thanks to the option of reclining the backrest, the baby is always in the correct ergonomic position. The Isofix base can be rotated 360 degrees and allows rear-facing travel for up to four years – a crucial safety factor. After that, the seat can also be used forward-facing.

Lullaglide gliding stand as an addition to the infant carrier and pram carrycot

Chicco presented another highlight: the Lullaglide gliding stand. This can be combined with the infant carrier and carrycot and offers a gentle rocking function that is powered via USB. Parents can also use Bluetooth to play nature sounds or their baby's favorite music. Pre-installed melodies are also available to help lull the baby to sleep.

Baby and child transport – a complete mobility concept for families

With the Bellagio system, Chicco has created a well-thought-out concept that covers all areas of baby and child transport. Comfort, safety, and design are intertwined so that parents don't have to worry about individual products. From the first car ride after birth to school age, Chicco accompanies families with a solution that works in the long term and impresses in everyday life.
