PAIDI presented a new addition to its product family at the Kind + Jugend trade fair: the Little Snu baby bed. It ties in with the current sleeping habits of many parents who like to have their children close by in the parents' bedroom, and supplements this concept with flexible usage options. The bed can be converted from a classic crib to a small floor bed and thus offers a solution for different development phases.
The development of the model is based on educational aspects. The low lying surface promotes children's independence as they learn to use the bed on their own at an early age. At the same time, PAIDI attaches great importance to high safety standards: pollutant-free materials, low-emission processing and tested stability. This is to ensure that children can sleep both safely and securely.
The Little Snu has the dimensions of a standard baby bed measuring 70 x 140 centimeters. Its special feature is its convertibility: in addition to its classic use as a crib, it can be converted into a junior bed or a children's sofa like other PAIDI models. A new addition is the option of converting it into a floor-level bed. PAIDI is thus picking up on a trend that is preferred by many families after the co-sleeper phase. A floor bed is considered a safe option as the sleeping height is low and children can get in and out of bed independently.
The Little Snu is aimed at parents with babies from around six months and can be used up to around three years of age. During this period, it covers different needs - from safe sleep in the parents' bedroom to a child-friendly sleeping environment in their own room. When it is converted into a floor bed, the range of uses expands into the playful living segment.
The model is available in three color variants: cashmere beige, matt blue and chalk white. This selection makes it possible to integrate the bed harmoniously into different room designs. The functionality also remains flexible: the front safety rail can be removed, and the bed can also be raised and supplemented with a bed base. This allows the Little Snu to adapt to different spatial conditions.
