The Nexaro NR 1700 is the new top model among compact vacuum robots for professional use. Developed in Wuppertal, Germany, it combines powerful technology with practical features and addresses key challenges in the industry – from area performance and sustainability to the shortage of skilled workers. Companies benefit from a combination of high efficiency, ease of use, and innovative AI support.
The NR 1700 builds on its proven predecessor, the NR 1500, and has been specifically further developed. It is designed for areas of up to 1000 square meters and thus also reliably cleans large, open areas. This range really comes into its own in office complexes, hotels, and shopping centers. Thanks to its improved performance, the model pays for itself after just a short time.
Its flexibility is particularly practical: the robot can be permanently installed and operated according to a fixed schedule. Alternatively, the Drop & Go function is available, whereby the robot is simply placed on the floor. One push of a button is all it takes – the cleaning process starts immediately. This versatility makes it attractive for use by service providers with fixed properties as well as for changing locations.
The NR 1700 works equally reliably on carpet and hard floors. On hard floors, the switch from wet to dry cleaning offers significant advantages. Less water and chemical consumption means lower operating costs and at the same time supports the sustainability goals of many companies. This aspect is becoming increasingly important, especially in times of scarce resources.
The device weighs only six and a half kilograms and has an integrated carrying handle. This makes it easy to transport and flexible to use – for example, between different floors or buildings. The combination of compact design and high cleaning performance makes the robot a tool suitable for everyday use in professional building cleaning.
For precise navigation, Nexaro relies on learning algorithms that constantly adapt. With the “AI Zones” feature, cleaning zones are automatically adjusted based on historical data and learned patterns. Instead of cumbersome manual configuration, the system supports the user with a user-friendly and efficient setup. This allows the robot to remain flexible even with complex floor plans.
