Numatic NCC line at CMS 2025: compact, durable, sustainable

The focus of the trade fair presentation is the NCC line: new, compact scrubber-dryers that work in tight spaces where larger machines fail. At the heart of the line is the NX300 battery with fast charging and a device platform concept. Added to this are robust construction, simple operation via QR code, and clear sustainability values.

Compact scrubber-dryers for tight spaces

The NCC models are small and maneuverable, making them ideal for places where there is normally no room for classic scrubber-dryers. They are primarily used wherever cleaning is required in confined spaces, such as in municipalities and schools. The machines are considered problem solvers because they can reach areas that cannot be accessed by larger machines.

NX300 battery: platform, runtime, fast charging

The machines are powered by the NX300 battery. It can be used across different devices: the same battery can be used in backpack vacuum cleaners, floor vacuum cleaners, wet vacuum cleaners, spray extraction machines, and even larger scrubber-dryers.

The runtime is one hour. With a quick charger, the battery is 80% charged in 1 hour and 100% charged in 2 hours. Numatic backs this up with a four-year replacement guarantee – contributing to longevity and reducing unnecessary electronic waste.

Sustainability: recycled content and resource-saving design

The NCC line is made from around 30% recycled materials (recycled plastic). Together with the long battery life, this reduces waste over the product's life cycle. Resource conservation is also a priority during operation: the 2-liter tank allows you to work efficiently without using more water than necessary.

Regulated water volume: five levels, up to 80 m² with 2 liters

The water quantity can be adjusted in five levels. Level 1 can clean up to 80 m² – equivalent to working with a pre-moistened mop, but with machine support. The fine dosage helps to use water sparingly while still achieving even wetting and suction.

Easy operation and robust construction

The devices are designed so that users with no previous experience can quickly get to grips with them. An integrated QR code leads directly to the most important application instructions, without the need to study a lengthy manual. In everyday use, robustness is just as important as simplicity: the machines are designed for regular use in a professional environment and can withstand typical stresses and strains.

Target groups: Building cleaning in municipalities and educational institutions

The target groups are building cleaners and facilities where regular cleaning is required – municipalities and school buildings are explicitly mentioned. For these target groups, the NCC line combines accessibility in confined areas, battery flexibility across multiple device types, and sustainable material and operating values into a coherent overall package.
