Schnell presents Synchro Line and Target Line

Schnell is presenting its latest solutions for fitness and therapy equipment at therapie 2025. With the fully automated Synchro Line, the new Target Line with plug-in weight system and the cable pull stations, the company offers versatile equipment for physiotherapy facilities and studios.

Fully automatic devices with RFID recognition

A special feature of the Synchro Line is its complete automation. Patients log in via an RFID module, which allows the devices to save all individual settings and automatically apply them during the next training session. This means that users are seated correctly in the device every time they use it, as soon as the basic configuration has been set by the therapist.

In addition, connected software documents the entire training process. Therapists can see at a glance whether the specifications have been met and can control the training progression in a targeted manner. After successful sessions, the system automatically suggests a weight increase, which the therapist can approve.

Mechanical resistance instead of motor control

Schnell deliberately uses mechanical weight blocks instead of motorized resistance. This gives exercisers immediate feedback in every phase of movement—even when changing direction. The result is a more consistent, smoother training experience.

Another advantage is the precise adjustment of the force curve: the weight increases at points where muscle strength is greater and decreases at weaker positions. This physiologically accurate representation makes training particularly effective while also protecting the joints.
