The ingredients are supplemented with fiber, which ensures a balanced texture and a natural mouthfeel. The products are cholesterol-free, high in fiber, and very close to the taste of a classic chicken egg. Different recipes and natural flavors replicate the typical nuances of boiled, fried, or raw eggs.

Animal welfare as a key motivation

The development of plant-based egg alternatives is based on reducing environmental impact and creating alternatives that do not cause animal suffering. Water consumption in conventional egg production is enormous—around 200 liters of water are needed for a single egg, from raising the poultry to the finished product. In addition, only a small proportion of chickens are raised organically. The majority are kept in conditions that are neither sustainable nor species-appropriate.
