Ten years after the market launch of its first home storage solution, BYD Energy Storage is using Intersolar Europe to take stock - and to look clearly to the future. At this year's trade fair in Munich, the company is presenting several new systems that underline its claim to further develop storage technology for private, commercial and industrial use.
What began a decade ago with a single product has now developed into an entire platform: The Battery Box family is now in use worldwide and stands for modular storage solutions that can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. At the trade fair, BYD will be demonstrating how modern systems can now be seamlessly combined with intelligent control systems, hybrid inverters and emergency power functions. In addition to efficiency and performance, simple integration into the energy management of buildings is also playing an increasingly important role.
With the launch of new storage solutions, BYD is focusing on expandability and user-friendliness. The new systems are characterized by their compact design, variable capacities and fast response times in the event of a grid failure. At the same time, BYD attaches great importance to well thought-out operability - both during installation and during operation. The aim is to be able to offer a scalable storage solution even in densely populated areas or with changing requirements.
Stand B1.130-131 at EES Europe will not only be a stage for BYD's new products, but also a place for dialog. On the afternoon of May 7, the company will be presenting further developments as part of a live event. In addition to technology, the focus will also be on close cooperation with partners - a success factor that BYD relies on both when looking back and when planning the coming years.
