From September 23 to 25, 2025, Nuremberg will once again become the meeting place for the European packaging industry. FACHPACK will bring together around 1,400 exhibitors and an extensive program of events with a clear focus on sustainability, digitalization, and dialogue within the industry.
This year's FACHPACK is themed “Transition in Packaging,” addressing key challenges facing the industry. Whether packaging materials, print finishing, or intralogistics, the trade fair covers the entire value chain across eleven halls. The PACKBOX and INNOVATIONBOX forums offer accompanying insights into AI, circular economy, and regulatory developments. The exchange between industry, research, and trade is clearly the focus—as are concrete solutions for more sustainable packaging.
Formats such as the “Alternative Packaging Solutions” pavilion, the ‘Women4Packaging’ networking event, and the sponsored “Young Innovators” joint stand underscore FACHPACK's role as an innovation platform. STUDENT DAY is also entering its next round, bringing companies and young talent together in a targeted dialogue. At the same time, POWTECH TECHNOPHARM, a complementary trade fair for the processing of powders and liquids, will take place—with high relevance for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Trade visitors from packaging-intensive industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, non-food, and industrial goods can expect a compact, practice-oriented leading trade fair with international appeal in Nuremberg. FACHPACK thus remains not only a must-attend event, but also a strategic pacemaker for the future of the packaging world.
